1.If you are using KYSONA Aztec mouse, please install the AZTEC driver directly WITHOUT ugrading any firmware. Your mouse driver will upgrade automatically if there are updates in the future

2.For the problem that the driver software cannot recognize the mouse, please use the latest mouse pairing software to re-pair the mouse and USB wireless receiver.
Pairing code method:
Step 1: Unzip the re-pairing zip file
Step 2: Open the re-pairing program
Step 3: Plug in the receiver, then press Enter on the keyboard.
Step 4: Switch the mouse switch to 2.4G position, then press and hold the left mouse button, wheel button and right mouse button at the same time for 3 seconds, the bottom (DPI switching button light) will flash yellow light, put it next to the wireless receiver, then release the left mouse button, wheel button and right mouse button.
