Shipping Coverage

KYSONA ships globally. Shipping methods (Standard or Express) vary by region and may change due to global events.
At checkout, available shipping methods and costs will be displayed.

⚠️ Some regions—such as Alaska, Canada, Kuwait, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, and others—are only eligible for Express Shipping.


Shipping Fees

We offer:

  • Economy Shipping

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx)

Free Economy/Standard Shipping for orders over $15 USD to most countries (e.g. US, UK, EU, Japan, Korea, SEA, HK, TW).
Express Shipping: $10–$40 USD depending on location.
Orders over $500 USD get free Express Shipping.

Shipping fees exclude taxes/duties. KYSONA is not responsible for these charges.


Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 3 business days (custom items may take longer)

  • Standard Shipping: ~7–20 working days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 working days

Delivery may be delayed during holidays or due to customs procedures.

1) The above delivery times are based on normal conditions. The actual delivery time is subject to the tracking update of the current order.

Brazil:
1) The recipient pay import duties before the package enter Brazil.
2) CPF of tax no. and Delivery info are the same.
3) When placing an order, the recipient's tax number is required;
Tax number format: 
: 11 consecutive digits (12345678910); : 3.3.3-2 pattern (123.456.789-12); : 3.3.3/2 pattern (123.456.789/12).
Chile:
A personal tax number is required when the package arrives for customs clearance in Chile. Please leave it in the order notes. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
If refused, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
KYSONA is not liable for parcels rejected, delayed, or destroyed by customs.

If your order is damaged or missing items, please email service@kysona.com with:

  • Order number

  • Issue description

  • Photo/video evidence including package label

Tip: Record an unboxing video for faster support.
We aim to reply within 3 business days.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not processed/shipped.
Contact service@kysona.com or website chat for urgent changes.
Processed/shipped orders cannot be canceled.


Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
If you haven’t received it, contact KYSONA support.
